Hidden Cove Rock
Off of the PMYC club dock in Hidden Cove at the north end of Bainbridge Island there is a rock below the surface that larger boats with deeper keels may collide with when the tide is low. The top of the rock is about 6.5' feet below the surface at 0' tide. According to a diagram on the notification board in the PMYC clubhouse, the location of the rock is approximately 47°41'49.7"N 122°32'08.7"W (47.69714° N, 122.53575° W) on Google Maps.
The Google Map below shows how to locate the rock using a dock, telephone pole on Treasure Island and the red day marker. The line that extends from the telephone pole to the red marker continues to the middle pier on the PMYC dock. Click on the photo to see a larger version.
Below are screenshots of a Navionics chart that show the location of the rock south of the red day marker and depth sonar image showing the rock sticking up 5 feet from the relatively flat bottom. Click on the photos to see a larger version.
