Vanguard All Levels Class Registration (Limit: 10)

This class is offered to teens who are new-ish to sailing, new to V-15s, or V-15 pros. Sailors with or without V-15 experience will build competence and confidence in boat-handling, seamanship, and sailing theory. Students will learn more about the wind and water they are sailing in and the land they are sailing around while continuing to develop their confidence sailing in all conditions. Sailors with limited sailing experience will be paired with advance V-15 sailors who will help facilitate learning during on-the-water practice. 

Future Instructor Training Pilot Program (NEW!)

For the first time, we're offering advanced V-15 sailors an opportunity to experience what being an instructor at PMYC Sailing School is all about. You will learn the basics of instruction and help facilitate learning for new teen sailors on and off the water--all with the guidance and support of your V-15 instructors and the Sailing School Assistant Director. 

Minimum Requirements:

Participation Checklist (complete before Friday, June 20):

• Complete Online Class Registration
• Submit Online Payment for Sailing School Fee
• Submit Online Payment for Boat Rental Fee (if applicable)
• Complete Sailing School Waivers
• Complete Boat Rental Release (if applicable)
• Submit signed waivers and release form to Sailing School Registration 
• Secure BI Parks Swim License (if applicable) 
• Attend Information Meeting on May 20 at 7:00p (parent(s)/guardians of first-time sailing school sailors
