The annual Jim Depue Memorial Race is the start of PMYC's Big Boat Racing Series. Named in memory of a long-time PMYC sailor. this is the first race in the West Sound Sailing Association series.

The race has three classes: Fast boats, Half Fast boats, and Cruising Class. There's a fee for entry, but at a meager $15 it’s hardly prohibitive. This race brings out a fun and challenging group of boats from around the West Sound.
