Port Madison Yacht Club’s annual “Round the Island” Race is coming fast, come join us September 24th for a spirited sail around the stunning Bainbridge Island. A Cruising class will be offered in addition to the Short Handed (SH/DH) and Fully Crewed racing divisions. This year's course will take us in a Counter Clockwise direction through Agate Pass and Rich Passage before finishing at Point Monroe. PMYC docks and pre/post race social festivities are back on this year and we are excited to host racers and friends back at our club once again !
REGISTRATION: $25 for early bird registrations prior to Sept 19th, $30 afterwards.
CLASSES: There will be four main classes:
- Division 1: Fully Crewed ~115 and faster PHRF
- Division 2: SH/DH Short-Handed ~100 and faster PHRF
- Division 3: Fully Crewed ~116 and slower PHRF
- Division 4: SH/DH Short-Handed ~101 and slower PHRF
Final division breaks will be locked down the week of the race once registrations have been compiled etc.
